Orkut is getting secure, in other words ‘stricter’ day by day. To control spam activities, it has limited the number of scraps, messages, testimonials, community topics or polls that a user can perform in a certain span of time. Now, if you exceed their limit, few of your account features will get limited and you won’t be able to access those features. If you start sending scraps to a person more than the limit, scrapping feature in your account will get limited and you will get a notice like “Posting to this user has been temporarily disabled”. If you are planning to delete your Orkut profile, I would recommend NOT to do so. There is not a single valid reason that you can show me for your account deletion. From today, we are adding a special Orkut Power Users section on Darkorkut.com. Orkut Power Users section will try to highlight some potential Orkut users without whom you might have been using a tasteless Orkut. I will try at my level best to find those power users (some known & some unknown) and have few words with them. Since most of us don’t get opportunities to have close chat sessions with them, I will try this on behalf of all Orkut fans (including their fans) and will throw some questions at them. The first thing we notice on a Orkut profile is it’s display picture or so called Avatar. Avatar is like the identity card of a profile, so you can play with it to make more colourful, attractive and unique. Nope, this post title does not contain any typo. This is true that there are chances of loosing your account if you use different orkut applications without knowing much about them. Since Orkut allowed third parties to develop Orkut applications, many hackers joined this stream to fulfill their evil wishes. Since many users want to maintain their privacy by hiding Orkut album photos, there is no need of showing a photo updates tab in their profile page.
