Orkut describes rich scraps as scraps with website links, HTML tags, external images, flash contents etc. It's normal to go through Orkut captcha system while sending such scraps.</p> <p>Now in your case, you are getting forced to go through this process while sending normal scraps also. I guess sometime ago you were sending large number of scraps to someone and an automated Orkut script applied this limitation on your account. This limitation should get lifted within a couple of hours, in general.</p> <p>But if it's still continuing, try making some changes to your account. Change your password, change your display name, display picture or do something like that.
