hi am unable to send a scrap to my friend so i deleted from my account and again i am unable to add her when am sending friend request for the next time.Many of suggested that that account may be in ignore list but the account is not in ignore list.

It seems like you have not added her to your ignore list but she has ignored you. Ask her to remove your from her list first and then you will be able to send her scraps/friend requests etc.
No am not in her ignore list i checked with her...can u help me is their is any solution other than this
