To hide your recent photo and video updates from your profile page, follow the below steps :

1. Login to your Orkut profile.
2. Navigate to Settings >> General
3. Search for a option called “Features to show on your profile“
4. Simply uncheck those “Photos” and “videos” option.
5. Click “Save” to save the changes you made.
6. You are done.

If you want to restore the default settings and show recent photo or video updates on your profile page as usual, you can follow above steps and select those options. But hiding them are enhanced ways to customize your profile and protect your privacy on Orkut.
